Our general membership meeting will be held on Memorial Day, Monday, May 28th in the 4H Park Pavilion at 9 a.m. There will be a historical slide presentation of Crooked Lake starting at 8:30 am. If you would like to see the slide show come join us early. Otherwise the meeting will begin at 9:00 am. We will have coffee, donuts and juice available. Hope to see you there!

Earlier today a message was posted about a dock that was found floating on 2nd basin. Because of that posting the owner of this dock section (all the way from the Gold Coast on 1st basin) has relocated their dock. Ask your Crooked Lake friends and neighbors if they are members of this website. If not encourage them to sign up today!

Just a friendly reminder that the annual dues notice has been mailed for the 2012 Crooked Lake Association dues. In order to ensure that you receive your trash discount the dues need to be paid ASAP. If you misplaced or didn’t receive a dues brochure in the mail you may print your dues notice shown below.

Also we appreciate those who printed out a form and mailed in their dues. Unfortunately our brochure went out just shortly after the online posting. So you may have still received a mailer. Next year we will try and post earlier so we can cross reference who has already joined and you won’t be mailed a copy.

Board still has openings

We would like to extend the opportunity that is available to anyone interested in serving on the Crooked Lake Association Board. We still have seats available. We are looking for persons who are passionate about our lake. No experience is necessary and is a great networking opportunity. In order to serve you must be able to attend 5 meetings throughout the year. We meet the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30 at the Anchor Realty office in Angola and our annual meetings on Memorial Day and Labor Day. Currently this past year we did not meet in November, December and January. We hope that you would consider serving on the board. Please feel free to contact any current board member for more details or attend our next meeting April 18th, 6:30 pm at Anchor Realty. We appreciate your consideration.
