My name is Trishia Stites and I live year round on Crooked Lake. My husband and I own two Stanley Steemer franchises. One operation based in Fort Wayne serves all of NE Indiana, a portion of southern Michigan and western Ohio. We also have a location in Tucson, Arizona. I handle all of the accounting, payroll, taxes, human resources etc. Since my job is mostly computer work I try to work from home as much as possible.

I am the mother of two awesome teenage boys Skyler and Spencer Stites. They attend Angola High School and my eldest will be attending Ohio Northern University starting in the fall. He will be studying business management and playing on the men’s soccer team. I have been married for 21+ years to my best friend Scott Stites. We also have a water loving Papillion named Stanley who is a very big part of our lives.

As a family we are a huge lake family and spend as much time as possible on the lake or enjoying it from the shoreline. Our children are big sports kids and both enjoy water sports, play basketball, soccer, golf and my youngest is the kicker on the high school football team. When we aren’t working or on the lake we are at every sporting event watching our kids play!

I serve on the board because of my passion for our beautiful lake. I wish to be a good steward of this wonderful natural resource for our future generations and help to protect and preserve it. It has been my goal to work hard to get higher membership levels in our association so that we can accomplish these goals.
